A woman’s beauty is not only in a good-looking face, luxuriously looking hair, a stunning body, but also in well-taken care of and nice looking feet. Unfortunately, we only remember this closer to summer time, when we start wearing open shoes.
However, if you think about it, we spend half of our lives on foot, wearing tight and uncomfortable shoes as well as synthetic tights and socks. The skin gets dry, rough and starts to crack. Let us talk about cracks and the ways to prevent them.
If we ignore basic hygiene rules, if our nervous, endocrine systems or blood vessels do not function properly due to the effect of various infections and adverse environmental factors, the skin becomes ill. The most widely spread skin conditions include dermatophytosis, dermatitis, roughness, intertrigos, perniosis and burns, to name a few.
The skin on your heels just like the skin on your face is in need of constant care. Even if your heels are not flaky and do not have cracks, they do need exfoliating treatments. Do you remember, in the previous articles, we talked about dead skin cells, which form a corneal layer on your skin surface? So, this corneal layer appears not only on the face, but all over your body, including your heels.
If you want to achieve the desired beauty of your feet, you will have to work hard for it, and do not wait for miracles – you will not be able to turn very rough skin into smooth skin in just one go.
Looking after your heels.
There is no real beauty and a stunning slender body without constant looking after and taking good care of the skin. Many women have experienced problems associated with the roughness of the skin on their feet, heels, elbows and knees. However, this does not mean that they do not look after themselves or save on creams. We should always remember that taking care only of one part of our body is not enough. We should use a comprehensive approach, which will result in a good body and will help to maintain our beauty and health.
So where do we begin?
My clients often ask me, “Why is the skin on my heels rough and why do cracks appear even though I apply foot cream every day?”
To make the cream work, first of all, all the rough skin should be removed.
1. The first stage of taking care of your feet should be visiting a medical pedicure specialist. I would like to draw your attention to medical pedicure. Unfortunately, many pseudo-specialists claim that they provide medical pedicure services. Well, the removal of the rough skin by means of a razor or knives has nothing to do with medical pedicure whatsoever. This method must not be used, as it will not solve the problem, but will only deteriorate the state of your feet.
If deep cracks on your feet appear, an effective way to get rid of them is hardware pedicure. With the help of this treatment, the corneal layer will be easily removed. This modern method of getting rid of cracks is convenient also because one treatment a month is enough, until full recovery.
2. Between hardware pedicure sessions, home foot care treatment should be carried out, consisting of salt baths, antibacterial soap, peelings, masks and creams.
Mon Platin Dead Sea Minerals have developed a whole line of foot care products, meeting all the requirements. So let us begin.
Foot soak with the Dead Sea salts. Fill a bowl with warm water. Add half a glass of Natural Dead Sea Salt.

Later, apply them once or twice a week.
