Moisturize your skin

A woman is considered beautiful not only when she is stunning in her young years, but also when she ages elegantly and immaculately.

Moisturizing is crucial for the skin as well as for the body as a whole. Our body consists of 80% fluid. But multiple external factors lead to quick loss of moisture. Lack of fluid results in such adverse effects as withering and ageing, hair loss, skin flaking, cracked heels, dry elbows. The skin has to be moisturized both inside and out.

Moisturizing from the inside.

To retain moisture in your body, drink at least two liters of water every day. Remember that your body intensively loses moisture as you sleep, so it is very important to provide your body with enough moisture for nighttime. Lack of moisture leads to problems with waking up in the mornings, apathy, frequent headaches and a dull complexion. Those who love black coffee and strong tea should remember that neither is classed as fluid, because caffeine has a considerable drying effect on the body. After a cup of tea or coffee, always have two glasses of water.

Moisturizing from the outside.

Epidermis is the very thin top layer of the skin, with multiple processes taking place inside it. It is epidermis that is responsible for the look of the skin. Through epidermis the skin breathes, is hydrated and nourished.

Over the years, this top layer becomes thinner. The skin starts withering, looks dull, deprived of freshness and radiance, wrinkles and pigmented spots appear.

External moisturizing involves using moisturizing beauty products and moisturizing beauty treatments.

Thanks to lactic acid and urea and certain chemical reactions, skin top layers retain moisture binding capacity. This is how the natural NMF factor is explained.

So only with the help of intensive moisturizing, will our skin look healthy, radiant and well groomed. In other words, moisturizing beauty products fill the epidermis and prevent the top layer from thinning.

What are these products?

My clients often ask me why serums have such a powerful effect. What are they used for?

Serums, elixirs, gels are as a rule water based products with additions of some concentrates and acids. In contrast to creams, serums are absorbed quickly and penetrate into deeper epidermis layers. For example, it is a lot more effective to add hyaluronic acid, peptides, amino acids, antioxidants and vitamins with serums containing all these components.

Silicon based serums are occlusive and have moisture binding properties. Silicon serums successfully even the skin surface and are a perfect base for foundations. However, serums do not protect the skin surface. This is why creams should not be ignored. Creams have moisturizing factors, lipids, and only creams contain a SPF factor.

Moisturize around your eyes!

Skin around the eye is particularly thin. If we have a closer look, we will see that it is this area that is most susceptible to stress and other adverse external factors. Once you have not had a good night sleep or have been ill, dark circles appear under your eyes. As we age, the first wrinkle appears exactly in this area. This is why our eyes need intensive moisturizing. Use serums with vitamin C, which whiten the skin and liberate it from free radicals.

Such ingredients as chamomile, viola and green tea are used for intensive treatment of fine lines and puffiness, as well as for taking care of very sensitive skin, prone to allergies.

After serum, please use a cream. It restores the lipid barrier, which is responsible for the healthy look of your skin. It is especially important for dry and dehydrated skin.
